Side effects of analgesics may include:

Upset stomach and heartburn may occur. Easy bruising, difficulty hearing, ringing in the ears, signs of kidney problems (such as change in the amount of urine), persistent nausea/vomiting, unexplained tiredness, dizziness, dark urine, yellowing eyes/skin, sudden vision changes or severe headache.
This drug may rarely cause serious bleeding from the stomach/intestine or other areas of the body. Black/tarry stools, persistent or severe stomach/ abdominal pain, slurred speech, weakness on one side of the body.

Serious allergic reaction to this drug is rare. However, get medical help right away if you notice any symptoms, including: rash, itching/swelling (especially of the face/tongue/throat), trouble breathing.

Precautions
If you are allergic to any medicine or if you have any other allergies tell your doctor before taking any prescribed analgesics.
Before using analgesic, consult your doctor if you have: bleeding/blood-clotting disorders (such as hemophilia, vitamin k deficiency, and low platelet count).

Daily use of alcohol and tobacco, especially when combined with this product, may increase your risk for this side effects. Limit alcoholic beverages, and stop smoking.
Before having surgery, tell your doctor or dentist that you are taking this medication. It may harm a nursing infant and breast-feeding is not recommended while using this drug.
If either of these effects persist, consult your doctor.
Many people using this medication do not have serious side effects. If your doctor has directed you to use this medication, remember that he or she has judged that the benefit to you is greater than the risk of side effects.
